How limits work
What counts as storage
- Every file in Drive, including files in trash until it's emptied.
- Files you upload to apps, and the final results they produce.
- Shared by your organization and its sub-organizations.
- No limit when your organization uses its own storage bucket.
How seats are counted
- Each person counts once, by email, across your organization and its sub-organizations.
- Pending invitations hold a seat until they're accepted or withdrawn.
- Vitra team members who help you never take a seat.
When you reach a limit
- Nothing is ever deleted and nobody is removed.
- New uploads, new jobs and new invitations pause until usage is back under the limit.
- Work that has already started always finishes, and its results are saved.
